CWD Report No. 41.    Died as a result of falling
debris at 395 Chester Road, Old Trafford, from
where her body was recovered at 13.30 hrs on the
24th December 1940 and taken to the City Road
Mortuary, Old Trafford.    Her body was identified
by a friend - Dr. M. Calverley and released for
burial to M.F. Bailey (Undertakers), 72 Manchester
Road, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester.    Described
as being 5 feet 6 inches in height, of slim build,
with dark hair.

Death registered in Stretford Borough.    Cremated
on the 31st December 1940.

of Mr. and Mrs. J. Perry Hall, of 7 Warwick
Avenue, West Didsbury, Manchester; wife of
