CWD Report No.118.    Death due to falling debris
at Manor Road, Stretford  where his body was
recovered on the 12th March 1941 and taken to the
Church Street Mortuary, Stretford.      It was
identified by his wife and released to the
Co-operative Wholesale Society, Manchester for
burial.  His occupation was given as a Miller.

Death registered in Stretford Borough.  Buried on
17/03/1941.
