Born Ida Hunt on the 14th August 1899, the birth
being registered during the September quarter 1899
in the Burton R.D. - ref: 6b/396, the daughter of
George Henry & Ada Hunt.

1901 Census - No Trace.

Her father died c1901 and her mother - Ada Hunt
then married Thomas Ordish Johnson during the
September quarter 1902 in the Burton R.D.  Thomas
died during the December quarter 1902, aged: 27
and Ada gave birth to his son the following
September.

1911 Census - Warner Street, Mickleover, Derby.  
Step-daughter - aged: 11 - Scholar - born:
Osliston and Thurvadon Derbyshire.   Head of
household - Fred Barker - Married - aged: 29 -
occ: Milk Seller - born: Hilton Parish Derbyshire.
 Also - Ada Barker - Wife - aged: 32 - born:
Osliston and Thurvadon Derby.  Plus two
half-siblings - Thomas Ordish Johnson Jnr. and
Hilda Barker.

Ida married George Curry during the September
quarter 1922 in the Burton R.D. - ref: 6b/794.

1939 National Registration - 37 Parksway,
Pendlebury.   George Curry - Born on the 12th July
1899 - Married - occ: Rotary Machine Minder.   Ida
Curry - Born on the 14th August 1899 - Married -
occ: Unpaid Domestic Duties.    Kenneth Curry -
Born on the 22nd June 1925 - occ: Apprentice
Printer.

George Henry Curry died on the 4th June 1950,
aged: 50 and is buried with his wife - Ida and
their only son - Kenneth Curry, who were both
killed in this incident.

CWGC - of 37 Parksway, Westwood Park, Pendlebury.
Wife of George Curry.  Died at rear of Danesway,
Pendlebury.
