Married Edward E. Hall during the September
quarter 1939 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/890.

Hilda's husband was a corporal in the Royal Army
Service Corps.

1939 National Registration - 79 Bourne Street,
Wilmslow, Cheshire.   Hilda Hall - Married - born
on the 17th February 1916 - occ: Domestic.  
Margorie E. Faulkner - Widow - born on the 17th
February 1889 - no occupation.  There is one
redacted record at this address.

Hilda joined the National Fire Service in 1942 as
a Telephonist, later becoming a Dispatch Rider.

Manchester Evening News dated the 6th February
1943.   An inquest has been held into the death of
Mrs. Hilda Hall of Hawthorn View, Water Lane,
Wilmslow.    A National Fire Service Motor Cycle
Dispatch Rider Hilda was involved in a road
collision with 68 year old Mrs. Sarah Beadsworth
of Ashley Road, Hale.   Hilda was killed outright
and Mrs. Beadsworth died later at Altrincham
Hospital.   Both women sustained fractured skulls.
  Hilda's mother - Mrs. Margery Faulkner, stated
that she resided  her daughter and that her
daughter's husband was serving as a Corporal with
the Royal Army Service Corps. 

Death registered during the March quarter 1943 in
the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/289 - aged: 26.

Memorial, London.
