General Information
Memorial to the 32 men of the 3rd Bn, Manchester Regt who were killed
in the Cleethorpe's Baptist Chapel on the 1st April 1916.

Although 32 men died in this incident, the name of Thomas Stott was
omitted as he died of his wounds in the Grimsby and District Hospital
on the 2nd June 1916.

The Shield was a tribute from the Baptist Chapel.
