General Information
The Baptist Chapel was rebuilt after the War and continues as a
Baptist Chapel to this day - now known as the King's Baptist Church.

The Church has a History/Memorial Book on display at the Church.
They have kindly given permission for me to display page Nos 6 - 17
from that book (the pages relevant to the 1916 disaster).  These are
shown below.

Various memorials state that 31 soldiers died in this incident, but
they have overlooked Thomas Stott who died of his injuries in June
1916.
