this incident. Emily Gertrude Kennedy - aged:
58. Emily's daughter - Ivy Kennedy, aged: 29 and
her two grand-daughters - Sheila Jean Pattinson,
aged: 9 and Patricia Pattinson.
Emily Gertrude Kennedy is not listed as being
buried in the family grave in Southern Cemetery,
though she is commemorated on the tall elegant
family headstone. Her husband - Walter Kennedy,
is buried in the grave - he died in 1934. Her
daughter - Ivy Kennedy, aged: 29 and her 4 year
old grand-daughter Sheila Jean Pattinson are both
buried there, but not Emily, nor is her other
grand-daughter - 9 month old Patricia Pattinson,
who were also killed in this incident. Perhaps
Emily and Patricia are amongst the 14 unidentified
persons buried in the Communal Blitz Victims
