CWD Record No.103.   Died as a result of blast and
splinters along with her husband at 81 Moss Road,
Stretford, where her body was found at 14.10 hrs
on the 24th December 1940 and taken to the Church
Street Mortuary, Stretford   She was identified by
her father - Thomas Higham, 138 Barton Road,
Stretford, to whom her body was released for
burial.

Buried 30/12/1940 - Burial No. 17,900.    Cemetery
records incorrectly state that she was 64 years of
age.

CWGC - of 81 Moss Road.   Daughter of Thomas and
Martha Ann Higham, of 138 Barton Road; wife of
Mark Bailey.   Died at 81 Moss Road.
