1939 National Registration - 24 Harefield Road,
Coventry. Arthur Peart - Single - born on the
11th January 1918. Others listed at this address
were James E. Large, Ada Capeswell and Dorothy A.
Lawrence. James E. Large was also killed at this
address during the same incident.
The 19/04/1941 edition of the Rochdale Observer
states that he was injured by an H.E. Bomb and
died in hospital the following day. Before
moving to Coventry, he had previously been
employed as a Tool Setter and had worked in the
mechanics shop at the works of Messrs. Hilton,
John Street, Rochdale.
