Death Certificate confirms the above and states
that he was employed as a A.C.P. Naval Stores and
that he died of 1 (a) Congestive Heart Failure (b)
diabetes.  His widow - Leah Cocker, was in
attendance at his death.  Her address was then 9
Seventeenth Avenue, Oldham.
