Born in 1906, an American Citizen, the son of
Sherman E. & Delia R. Renicker, Wichitar, Kansas,
USA.

Killed in a flying accident at Wolverhampton.  
His death was registered during the March quarter
1942 in the Cannock R.D. - ref: 6b/782 - aged: 35.
  Registered under the name RENIKER.

Buried 11/02/1942 along with and beside a fellow
American - William Johnston Elliott - Burial No.
11,222.

1st Off (Plt) Earl Lamar Renicker, ATA, 14FPP
(Ferry Pilot Pool - Manchester Ringway), 35.  
Flying a Hampden Bomber - No.  AT231 with a
Pegasus MkXVIII engine, on a ferry flight from
Preston, Lancashire to Thorney Island, West
Sussex, the a/c caught fire and crashed at 15.25
hrs during approach at Weston-under-Lizard,
Staffordshire.   He had flown - 675 hours day-time
and 50 hours night-time flying.

Another source states that he crash landed on Lord
Bradford's Estate, Weston under Lizard,
Staffordshire, east of Telford, Shropshire after
the Port engine caught fire.

The AM118 crash record card states that he was
with No. 14 FPP, but also records that his Drome
was Weston Park Airfield, Staffordshire and had
835 hours flying time to his name.
